In order to keep track of the communication between the clients and Xpert-Timer users, you can enter notes to every client. If you are looking for a specific note, you can use the text search or filter the notes by date.
Notes are perfect if you are working in a team. This way every user is informed about what was talked about to the client. So if one user is on vacation or sick leave, the other user is informed and can help the client if necessary.
Remember, that you can always save your filter- and grouping settings.
After you've saved the settings, you can load them from the list.
